Analytics Assembled is a reporting platform operated by The Assembly for authorized music-industry teams. It brings selected social, video, streaming, content-performance, and historical metrics into one artist-focused workspace.
Authorized users can connect supported artist accounts and data sources to retrieve permitted analytics and public content data.
Teams can review performance from supported services in one dashboard instead of assembling recurring reports manually.
Stored observations help teams compare recent performance with prior periods and identify meaningful changes over time.
Access is invitation-only and can be limited by artist so team members see only the dashboards they are authorized to use.
Supported data sources
Analytics Assembled may connect to third-party platforms and licensed data providers when an authorized user chooses to do so. Current integrations may include TikTok, Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, and music-industry analytics providers.
Connections are used only to retrieve the information needed to provide analytics, reporting, synchronization, and related product features. Availability and the exact data returned depend on the permissions and APIs made available by each third-party platform.
How TikTok is used
When an authorized artist or representative connects TikTok, Analytics Assembled may request basic account information and permission to read the account's public video list. That information is used to identify the connected account and display public video-performance information inside the artist's analytics workspace.
Analytics Assembled does not publish videos, post content, send messages, or make changes to a connected TikTok account through this integration.
Who the service is for
Analytics Assembled is intended for The Assembly team members, artists, managers, and other authorized representatives who have permission to view or connect the relevant artist accounts and data. The application is not intended as a public social network or consumer analytics product.
