This Privacy Policy explains how Analytics Assembled, operated by The Assembly, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when authorized users access the service or connect supported third-party accounts.
Effective August 17, 20261. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifiers, organization membership, artist-access permissions, and authentication-related information necessary to operate your account.
Connected platform information
When an authorized user connects a third-party account or service, Analytics Assembled may receive information permitted by that platform and the permissions granted during authorization. Depending on the service, this may include:
- basic account or profile information;
- public content, including video or post identifiers and related metadata;
- audience, engagement, reach, view, follower, subscriber, and other analytics metrics;
- channel, Page, professional-account, or artist identifiers;
- access and refresh tokens needed to maintain authorized connections; and
- data supplied by licensed analytics or reporting providers.
Usage and technical information
We may collect limited technical information required to secure and operate the service, such as request logs, timestamps, browser or device information, authentication events, error information, and feature usage.
2. How we use information
We use information collected through Analytics Assembled to:
- authenticate users and manage authorized access;
- connect, synchronize, and maintain authorized third-party data sources;
- display artist analytics, content performance, trends, and historical comparisons;
- generate and share authorized reports;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
- protect the security and integrity of accounts and data;
- respond to support requests and communications; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. TikTok data
If an authorized user connects a TikTok account, Analytics Assembled may receive basic profile information and public video information made available through TikTok's authorized APIs. This information is used to identify the connected account and provide artist analytics and reporting features.
Analytics Assembled does not use its TikTok integration to publish content, modify the connected TikTok account, or send messages on the user's behalf.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information or connected-platform data. We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate Analytics Assembled, including with hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, infrastructure, and other service providers that support the application.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; to protect rights, security, or safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
Artist reports or dashboards may be shared with authorized recipients when a permitted user intentionally creates or provides access to those materials.
5. Data storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Credentials and connection tokens are intended to be stored using server-side protections appropriate to the service.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain historical reporting, satisfy legitimate business needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.
When a third-party connection is removed or access is revoked, we may discontinue future synchronization. Previously collected data may remain in historical reports or records where reasonably necessary for authorized reporting, recordkeeping, security, or legal purposes unless deletion is required by law or agreed otherwise.
7. Your choices and requests
You may be able to revoke a third-party connection through the applicable platform and may request assistance with access, correction, deletion, or account closure by contacting us. Requests are subject to authentication, applicable law, contractual obligations, and legitimate retention requirements.
