You must have all rights, permissions, and authority required to connect, view, or analyze any artist account, social account, channel, Page, professional account, or other data source you add to the service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information, use reasonable security practices, and promptly notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Account access may be limited by organization, role, artist, or permission level. You may not attempt to access data or functionality that has not been assigned or authorized to you.
4. Third-party platform connections
Analytics Assembled may allow authorized users to connect third-party services, including social, video, streaming, and analytics platforms. By initiating a connection, you authorize Analytics Assembled to access the information permitted by the scopes and permissions you approve for the purpose of providing the service.
Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations. We do not control third-party APIs or services and do not guarantee that any integration will remain continuously available or unchanged.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Analytics Assembled for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;

6. Data and permissions
You retain any rights you otherwise hold in information, content, or materials that you or an authorized third-party platform makes available through the service. You grant The Assembly the limited rights necessary to host, process, organize, analyze, display, and transmit that information solely to operate and provide Analytics Assembled and related support.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use, disclosure, and sharing of reports or connected-platform information is authorized and appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
Analytics Assembled, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and original functionality, is owned by The Assembly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, content, and data remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms and restrictions.
8. Service availability and changes
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or integrations from time to time. Third-party API changes, outages, permission changes, rate limits, or account restrictions may affect the availability or completeness of data in Analytics Assembled.
We may perform maintenance or make changes necessary for security, reliability, compliance, or product development without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
9. Reports and analytics
Analytics Assembled organizes information obtained from connected platforms and other data sources. Metrics, comparisons, rankings, and reports may depend on third-party data, timing, definitions, API availability, and calculation methods and may not match other reporting systems exactly.
The service is provided for informational and operational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, address misuse, respond to security concerns, or enforce these Terms. Authorized administrators may also remove users or artist permissions within their organization.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain information may remain in historical reports, security records, backups, or other records as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytics Assembled is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that third-party data will always be accurate, complete, timely, or available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Assembly and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Assembly and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or connection or use of data without appropriate authorization.
14. Governing law
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
